We currently accept bank deposit/transfers, Gcash, debit/credit cards via Paypal as modes of payment to make your shopping experience easy and stress-free.

You will receive a payment confirmation with your order details via email. For payments via bank deposit, please email a copy of your deposit slip to payments@highcalibertrading.com within 1-2 days after the order has been placed.

The shipping fee is calculated based on the total cost and weight of your order. This may vary depending on your preferred shipping method and delivery destination.

For Provincial orders, shipping of bulky items starts at P300.

For orders within Metro Manila, shipping takes an average of 1-3 days and approximately 3-7 business days outside Metro Manila. 

Once payment has been confirmed, kindly allow 2-3 working days for us to process your order. We will notify you once the order/s are ready for pick-up/ delivery.

We can deliver to the following areas via Grab/Lalamove:

San Juan, Makati, Pasig, Manila, Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, Pasay, Caloocan, Paranaque, Muntinlupa, Marikina, Las Pinas, Malabon, Valenzuela, Rizal

At High Caliber Trading, we do our best to exceed our clients’ expectations. However, if you are not in love with your order, don’t hesitate to contact us within 2 days. We offer an exchange for the same item or another item with equal value provided they have not been personalized.

If the item/s that you have received is/are incomplete, incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 2 days and we’ll do everything we can to resolve your concern.

Gift Items: All orders under Gift Items will be carefully packaged in a cardboard box.

Pre-curated Gift Boxes and Build A Box: All orders under Pre-Curated Gift Boxes and Build A box will be carefully packaged in the box corresponding the order and wrapped in a bubble/cling wrap and placed in the chosen courier's packaging.

Personalization options are available in each Product and in our Build Your Own.
