Our Process
Step 1: Discovery
We’ll set up a meeting, preferably online, so we can find out your needs and show more of our sample work.
Step 2: Design
Once we identify the type of gift you are looking for, we do our research and product design. Then we’ll send you our proposal.
Step 3: Production
When you have signed a contract and made your down payment, we will proceed with producing your custom gift. Production time can range from 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the supply availability of items and materials.
*For rush orders, 2-3 days subject to product availability.
step 4: Fulfillment
After we finish production, we wrap and pack your gifts for delivery. We also offer an in-house delivery service for your gift receiver.
